Rig Expert Ukraine Ltd. is a leading developer and manufacturer of antenna analyzers, transceiver interfaces, and amateur radio software. The company was founded in 2003 by four Ukrainian radio amateurs: Sergei Litvinov (UX1UA), Denys Nechytailov (UR8US), Nickolai Fedoseev (UT2UZ), Victor Tkachenko (UT1UA).
