MATCH Firmware Update via FlashTool: New Features and Enhanced Functionality!

We’re excited to announce that after gathering initial feedback from our clients, we have released an update for MATCH firmware via the FlashTool. These updates are designed to make working with our new analyzer even more convenient and efficient for your needs.

What’s New in the Update:
1. Expanded range from 70 MHz up to 75 MHz for the MATCH Base model  — more capabilities for basic measurements.
2. LC Meter is added to the RFE license — a powerful new tool for analyzing inductance and capacitance.
3. OSL Calibration is now available in Advanced and RFE licenses — ensuring even greater accuracy for professional setups.
4. Languages are added to the MATCH Base model.
5. Backlight control added to the Settings — customize the screen to suit your preferences.
6. Improved measurement algorithm.
7. Color-coded indicators in the R, L charts for easier analysis of values.

Plus, additional refinements:
We’ve improved various details to enhance the overall user experience with MATCH. For example, we’ve updated certain markers and value colors for greater usability and clarity.

How to Update:

Updating FW your analyzer is simple and straightforward via the Internet. Here’s a quick guide to get you started:

  1. Connect MATCH to your computer using a USB cable.
  2. Run the FlashTool software.
  3. Select the “Update from the Internet” option.
  4. That’s it! Your device will automatically download and install the latest firmware.

⚠ Important Note for macOS Users
Please be advised that AntScope2 and FlashTool are currently compatible with macOS versions up to 14.2.1. Compatibility with newer macOS versions is currently under development.

We’re working diligently on the update, and it is expected to be released within the next two months.
