Update for Fobos SDR 3.0

We have released new updates for the Fobos SDR 3.0 to improve stability and performance.
🔧 What needs to be updated:
Main firmware – update is optional https://github.com/rigexpert/libfobos.
Special firmware (FW (agile)) – update is mandatory https://github.com/rigexpert/libfobos-sdr-agile.
Please update the API libraries.
•If you are using the portable version, download and install the updated version from our server.
👉 We recommend performing the update as soon as possible to ensure proper Fobos SDR operation.
