Official Rules — “RigExpert Club Christmas Campaign”

1. Organizer

The promotion is organized by LTD “Rig Expert Ukraine” (the “Organizer”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from December 3, 2025, to December 25, 2025, inclusive.

3. Territory

The promotion is international and available in all countries where RigExpert and Shackmaster products are officially distributed.

4. Eligibility

Participants must be individuals aged 18 or older. There are two paths to participate:

4.1. Non-Card Owners (Newcomers)

Participants who do not have a RigExpert Club Card may enter the giveaway by:

• Liking the campaign post and RigExpert’s page
• Sharing the post (the profile page must be open for public or the screenshot of the share must be posted in the comments to the campaign post)
• Commenting either tagging a friend or explaining why they want a RigExpert device

4.2. RigExpert Club Cardholders (Blue or Black/Red Cards)

Participants who hold a RigExpert Club Card must:

• Register their product/card via their account on rigexpert.com
• All registered devices automatically enter the Christmas giveaway

Prize Categories (Device-Based):
(For Club members with registered devices)

• Owners of MATCH → MATCH Advanced License
• Owners of MATCH with Advanced License → MATCH RFE License
• Owners of MATCH with RFE License → Shackmaster Power 600
• Owners of Shackmaster Power 600 or 500 → MATCH
• Participants without devices but who liked the post and the RigExpert’s page and reposted/commented → MATCH

5. Winner Selection

5.1. Winners are selected by the Organizer via a random draw within each prize category.
5.2. The draw takes place on December 25, 2024.
5.3. Results are published on RigExpert official channels and communicated via private message on a Facebook to the winners.

6. Prize Claiming

6.1. Winners must provide the required information (shipping address, contact details, etc.) within 7 days of notification.
6.2. If a winner fails to provide the information within the deadline, the Organizer may select another participant.

7. Additional Terms

• The Organizer reserves the right to update or amend these rules at any time.
• Prizes may be substituted with equivalent items of equal value if necessary.
• Participation in the promotion constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
• The prize pool is fixed and limited as described.
• Participants whose devices are registered automatically increase their chances, as each device counts as an entry.
